Welcome! It looks as if we will be using our Alpha machine with DEC Unix,
with access from Exceed X-servers on Windows 2000 desktops. C/C++ will be the
language. We are hoping to have an automated problem-submission system in
place, but that remains to be seen. If you've never experienced a programming

there that your teams can work on.

   I know it has Pico and vi. It probably has EMACS as well. I think there's a
   CDE editor as well.
