Your institution is invited to participate in the 2003 ACM East Central North America Regional Programming Contest sponsored by IBM.

The East Central North America Regional Programming Contest (ECNA RPC) draws students from colleges and universities throughout western
Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, eastern Ontario, and Indiana (excluding the Greater Chicago Metropolitan Area). 

Winners selected from the ECNA RPC will advance to the ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest (ACM ICPC) World Finals. Prizes, scholarships, and bragging rights are at stake for some of the world's finest university students of computing. 

The ECNA RPC will be held on Saturday November 8, 2003. As it is difficult for some teams in the ECNA region to travel to a single site for the contest, the ECNA RPC will be held as a distributed contest hosted by the following volunteer schools across the region:

        Ashland University in Ashland, Ohio, USA
        Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA
        Sheridan College in Oakville, Ontario, CANADA
        The University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA

Important Dates:
	Advanced Registration ends			October 1, 2003
	Registration ends				October 17, 2003
	No reservation changes by coach permitted after	October 22, 2001


Fees Information:
	USD $100.00  if envelope is postmarked before October 1, 2003
	USD $125.00  if envelope is postmarked after October 1, 2003
